Instructions for use of magnesium flakes:
- Foot bath: Soak about 150 g (one glass) of flakes in warm water and keep your feet in the bath for at least 20 minutes.
- Full body bath: Add about 250 g of flakes to warm bath water and relax for at least 20 minutes.
- Recommendation: Take magnesium baths 2-3 times a week, either as a foot bath or for the whole body. If necessary, you can increase the frequency of use.

- For all ages: The oil is suitable for all ages, but it is recommended to halve the dose for children. Eight sprays of oil contain about 100 mg of pure magnesium.
